7 1/16" 15000psi Single Ram Blow Up Preventer With Flanged Connection
Ram BOP Types
1) Pipe Rams
seal the space between the wellbore or blowout preventer and the pipe. When the Pipe Ram closes around the meeting point of the wellbore's diameter and the exterior pipe, fluids cannot pass through any gaps in the area. This prevents liquids from flowing through the annular space but does not obstruct the flow within the drill pipe.
2) Shear Rams.
This blowout preventer closing mechanism utilizes durable, precisely-fitted steel blades to sever the drilling pipes each time the BOP is triggered. Afterwards, it securely seals the wellbore. In the event that other options are exhausted, oilfield operators may utilize the shear rams to regain control of the wellbore's pressure. However, this method should always be the last resort.
An important tip to remember is that the cut pipe remains suspended in the BOP stack after the shear rams have been employed. The drill pipe joint may sustain damage, but the other string will remain undamaged.
Blind Rams are
thick components in a ram-type BOP made of heavy steel. They feature two steel blocks that converge at the center to block the hole where the pipe fits. Please note that these rams don't have space for piping. This ram, also known as the sealing shear ram, is used
when the well lacks
a drill string. When the blowout preventer closes, it can sever the tubing or drill pipe. Additionally, it serves as the last resort in cases where other BOP types fail in regaining pressure control.
(We can provide the BOP: bore size from 7 1/16” to 30”, pressure from 500psi to 20000psi, Not limited in the below list)
