Hydraulic Double Ram Bop For Oil Well Control
Double Ram Bop is an important component assembly of well control devices. It is characterized by the flexible switch, easy operation, safety in use and simple maintenance, etc.
Structural features
For a double-faced ram, both faces of the ram are symmetrical. For different sizes of drilling tools, only rubber seal semi-ring and ram briquetting need to be replaced, and other parts can be used interchangeably; the single-faced ram is not reversible; shear ram can cut off wellhead drilling tools and fully seal wellhead; the variable ram is used within certain limits to seal different sizes of drilling tools and annular tubes.

Dual Ram Bop Feature
1) Shape Generally, the BOP body is similar to a square, in the middle there is a vertical bore through which the pipes
can pass and the ram cavities in which the ram moves in the horizontal direction.
2)Connection types The three connection types are studded, flange, and clamped top and bottom connections. The sizes of flanges, bolts, clamps, and ring grooves all conform to API standards.
