Dual Ram Blowout Preventer API 16 A Pipe Ram Bop
Ram Blowout Preventer can be used in workover and drilling operations equipped with hydril control systems. The BOPs are designed and manufactured in full conformity with the API 16A standard. The annular BOP mainly consists of a body, a header, a rubber core, and a piston. The inner rubber core is interchangeable. While the annular BOP can be used independently, it normally works with a single or a double e BOP.It can seal the drilling tool or well bore efficiently, preventing oil well blowouts.

Dual Ram Blowout Preventer Feature
1) Shape Generally, the BOP body is similar to a square, in the middle there is a vertical bore through which the pipes
can pass and the ram cavities in which the ram moves in the horizontal direction.
2)Connection types The three connection types are studded, flange, and clamped top and bottom connections. The sizes of flanges, bolts, clamps, and ring grooves all conform to API standards.
