Structural features
For a double-faced ram, both faces of the ram are symmetrical. For different sizes of drilling tools, only rubber seal semi-ring and ram briquetting need to be replaced, and other parts can be used interchangeably; the single-faced ram is not reversible; shear ram can cut off wellhead drilling tools and fully seal wellhead;

Double Ram Blow Out Preventer Feature
1- The combined hinge seat type makes it convenient to maintain and disassemble the product.
2- Stainless plates and screws lock the shaft sealing parts to ensure reliable sealing.
3- The reinforced rubber material of the seal ring on the side gate guarantees its lifespan and reliable seal.
4- The ram structure allows for easy switching of the rubber core and fore rubber core. The floating top rubber core increases the seal's reliability. A leading block mounted on the front of the ram assembly provides automatic centering for the drilling tools.
Additionally, the horizontal secondary seal equipment of the side gate piston rod and sealing leakage hole ensures not only the exchangeability of the side gate, but also facilitates leakage checking and secondary sealing operations.
